Job summary

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking a Regional Director to lead clinic operations across Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will ensure service excellence, manage region-wide performance, and drive growth across 60+ locations.

You will partner with physicians and leadership to optimize patient flow, staff development, and regional strategies while upholding the highest clinical standards and patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in healthcare industry.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills with ability to engage, inspire, and build credibility.
• Ability to travel throughout Ontario as required.
• Demonstrated leadership, reliability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all clinics in the region operate in line with corporate objectives and service standards.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality service to meet patient and physician expectations.
• Monitor analytics and accountability reports for clinics and take actions to ensure results.
• Coordinate with physicians, recruit additional physicians to work in clinics.
• Manage HR needs including recruitment, placement, and discipline.
• Identify opportunities for new services at clinics and support procurement of equipment and contracts.
• Coach clinic managers to improve patient flow and staff scheduling.
