Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Specialty Nursing Services in Ontario. The role leads the regional specialty pharma network, including infusion clinics and home pharma, ensuring high patient care standards and fiscal responsibility.

You will manage SPNMs and collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to drive operations across clinics. Responsibilities include coordinating new clinics, optimizing processes, performing audits, and leading performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field; BSN an asset.
• Leadership or management training or certificate.
• Project Management training is an asset.
• Five years of progressive management experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of the region’s specialty pharma network (clinics and home pharma).
• Supervise SPNM team and provide day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with Senior Operations Manager and National Director on opportunities.
• Review local needs and coordinate new clinic setups.
• Ensure program KPIs are met with SPNM and clinic teams.
• Lead staffing contingency planning and coach performance management.
• Assist with audits and recruitment for SPNM team.
• Liaise with Program Managers and other stakeholders.
• Travel within identified region for on-site support as required.
