Qualifikationen

• More than 10 years of progressive leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, HR leadership, or business operations.
• Experience within professional services, engineering, consulting, or project-based environments is a strong asset.
• Passionate about creating workplaces where people feel connected, included and able to do their best work.
• Demonstrated experience strengthening organizational culture, engagement, inclusion and belonging, communications or employee experience in a complex organization.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to translate broad themes and feedback into focused initiatives with visible impact.

• Partner with regional leaders to strengthen a shared Earth & Environment identity across disciplines and geographies.
• Champion an inclusive, connected, high-performing culture where employees feel valued and heard.
• Strengthen communication and visibility across the region with two-way dialogue between staff and leadership.
• Advance a culture of safety, wellbeing and shared accountability with HSE and regional leaders.
• Elevate the employee experience at key career moments, including onboarding, development, mobility and leadership progression.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to attract, engage and retain critical talent and close capability gaps.
• Foster cross-team connections and leverage broader capabilities of WSP to support regional priorities.
• Lead through influence with no direct reports and shape a high-performing, trusted organization.
