Job summary

WSP is seeking a Director, Organizational Effectiveness to partner with BC & Yukon leadership. The role focuses on strengthening regional culture, improving communication and engagement, and advancing health, safety, and leadership development across the Earth & Environment group.

The position emphasizes turning employee insights into actionable strategies, driving succession readiness and a high-performing culture to achieve client and business outcomes across the BC & Yukon region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in organizational effectiveness or HR leadership roles.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, or project-based settings.
• Proven ability to shape culture and employee experience in large organizations.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to translate feedback into practical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to strengthen BC & Yukon Earth & Environment identity.
• Champion an inclusive, connected culture and empower employees.
• Improve two-way dialogue between employees and leadership.
• Advance safety culture and wellbeing with regional leaders.
• Elevate employee experience across onboarding, development and mobility.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and leaders on attraction and retention strategies.
• Foster collaboration across BC & Yukon and leverage broader capabilities of WSP.
• Turn feedback into practical actions that improve engagement and performance.
