Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning or HR leadership.
• Experience in professional services, engineering or project-based settings is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to translate feedback into practical regional actions.

• Partner with regional leaders to strengthen a shared Earth & Environment identity.
• Champion an inclusive, connected culture where employees feel valued and heard.
• Improve communication and two-way dialogue between staff and leadership.
