We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee operations across multiple clinics in the Central Ontario region. Reporting directly to the Provincial Leader, this role involves leading Clinic Directors, fostering a culture of operational excellence and inclusivity, maintaining high standards of patient care, driving revenue and EBITDA growth, and attracting top clinical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership to Clinic Directors, ensuring high-quality patient care across all clinics.
  2. Implement strategic plans and operational objectives aligned with Lifemark's goals.
  3. Promote a culture of inclusivity and engagement among staff through Regional Directors of Operations.
  4. Encourage an interdisciplinary approach to patient care at the clinic level.
  5. Utilize data to make informed decisions that drive revenue and EBITDA growth.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and potential partners.
  7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Manage operational budgets effectively to meet financial targets.
  9. Drive key KPIs and be accountable for regional results.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, Allied Healthcare, Business, or related field.
  2. 7-10 years of senior management experience, leading sizable teams.
  3. Proven success in operational management, strategic planning, and revenue growth.
  4. Strong leadership skills and commitment to inclusive work environments.
  5. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  6. Experience managing complex environments and stakeholder relationships.
