The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) supports new developments and lease-up residences across the GTA. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO), you will be responsible for supporting various sales initiatives within a portfolio of residences, focusing on occupancy and revenue drivers. In partnership with the RDO, you will determine market strategies and develop sales activities for each residence. This role provides an in-depth understanding of the senior care market and each residence’s niche within it.
As a sales leader, you should have a strong understanding of revenue drivers beyond occupancy levels and be capable of driving top-line growth through leadership in pricing strategies. You should be comfortable utilizing KPIs, CRM databases, and other data for planning and decision-making. Resident-centered in your approach, you will support residence-based teams with leadership and business management skills.
This sales leadership role involves supporting our residence-based sales teams, ensuring they are well-trained and positioned to meet their sales goals. You will coach and support community leaders, promoting sales fundamentals and knowledge sharing.
