Role Overview:

Reporting to the National Vice President, Business Development, the Regional Director will be part of the national sales team, responsible for implementing sales initiatives in engineering and environmental services to support growth and new product segments. The role involves creating and executing sales procedures, contributing to strategic marketing, and possessing a strong background in engineering, risk management, insurance, claims, marketing, or sales.

Responsibilities:
  1. Service clients by communicating Pario’s services and meeting their needs.
  2. Provide marketing materials aligned with the national sales strategy.
  3. Support corporate initiatives while managing daily business requirements.
  4. Track and analyze new business prospects and sales funnels.
  5. Assist with proposals, RFPs, presentations, and templates.
  6. Attend and coordinate industry events locally and regionally.
  7. Manage client accounts, plan sales territories, and provide ongoing account services.
  8. Identify and develop new clients within Ontario.
  9. Attend client meetings independently and with the VP of Business Development.
  10. Develop market share with existing customers.
  11. Meet deadlines and be available during core hours (EST/PST).
  12. Represent Pario professionally at industry events and internal functions.
  13. Become a subject matter expert on Pario’s products and industry news.
Requirements:
  1. Understanding of the property and casualty insurance market, especially Ontario.
  2. Strong business acumen; risk management experience is a plus.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with loss control practices.
  4. Degree or designation such as University, College, CRM, or CIP is an asset.
  5. Experience in sales, marketing, or relevant industry background.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills; customer-focused.
  7. Team player with integrity and honesty.
  8. Willingness to travel frequently within the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, with potential for national travel.
