The Regional Director, Business Development, Group Retirement Services (GRS) role for Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is a key business development & sales leader role for retirement savings plans coming from our Corporate Accounts distribution channel.
If you thrive in a results driven, high performance environment with the leading provider of Defined Contribution Pension Plans in Canada, this is the job for you! You would have responsibility for building out key advisor relationships in the GTA in an effort to attract new clients to Sun Life Financial.
This role has a salary outside of the range posted below. Sun Life offers a market-competitive total compensation package, including a base salary and variable incentive. This role is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan with industry-leading incentive payout opportunities.
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
