We are setting a new standard for senior living in Canada by combining unparalleled premium hospitality and amenities with expert care and support to deliver a personalized senior living experience. We are committed to enriching the lives of seniors now and as their needs change, offering Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care (MC) options. Established in 1996, we own and operate over 30 residences across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, and continue to grow. Join a team where you belong and make a real impact every day.

The Opportunity

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) supports new developments and lease-up residences across the GTA. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO), you will be responsible for supporting various sales initiatives within a portfolio of residences, focusing on occupancy and revenue drivers. In partnership with the RDO, you will develop market strategies and sales activities for each residence, gaining an in-depth understanding of the senior care market and each residence’s niche.

As a sales leader, you should understand revenue drivers beyond occupancy and know how to drive top-line growth through pricing strategies. You should be comfortable using KPIs, CRM databases, and other data for planning and decision-making. You will support residence-based teams with leadership and business management skills, ensuring a resident-centered approach.

What You Will Be Doing

You will support residence-based sales teams, ensuring they are well-trained and positioned to meet sales goals. You will coach community leaders, promoting sales fundamentals and knowledge sharing.

Other Key Responsibilities
  • Support the opening of new residences through all phases, including pre-open, opening, post-open, and lease-up.
  • Create and grow profitability by leveraging occupancy, revenue, and expense management, while nurturing top talent.
  • Collaborate with RDO, Support Office, Regional Team, GMs, and local leaders to deliver world-class, resident-centered care.
  • Model and promote company culture and values in all interactions.
  • Ensure residents and prospects are treated with dignity and respect, building strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and partners.
  • Conduct regular site visits, review performances, and document findings, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • University degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least five years of sales experience with a proven revenue growth record.
  • Experience in healthcare or senior living sales management, especially in multi-residence regions.
  • Understanding of P&L, business management, and financial metrics.
  • Experience with pre-opening of retirement residences is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of facilitating presentations and events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new applications.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
What You Can Expect From Us
  • A diverse, inclusive environment that celebrates differences and encourages authenticity.
  • A collaborative team-oriented culture.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including RRSP matching.
