Imagewear Canada Co. LTD is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth for the Workwear Outfitters brands in the Ontario region. You will nurture end-user relationships, identify key contacts, and build strategic partnerships to expand channels.

Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, marketing, and merchandising to execute initiatives, conducting market research, and leveraging CRM tools to track opportunities. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in apparel sales or uniform programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including business modeling and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by fostering relationships with end users and identifying key customer contacts and partnerships.
• Generate sales for the Workwear Outfitters collection within your regional territory.
• Establish strategic business partnerships to expand the Image business model into new customer channels.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales and National Account Sales teams to connect end user opportunities with distributors.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, customer service) to execute new sales initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy.
