You will develop Branch Managers, drive process improvements, and oversee cost control, sales, service, training, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/operations/supply chain.
• 8+ years in business, warehousing, supply chain, logistics.
• 3+ years in multi-unit leadership with measurable results.
• Proficient with MS Office and office technology.

• Lead multiple branches to achieve operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop Branch Managers; perform audits and visits.
