Job summary

Iceberg Finance Inc. seeks a territory representative to drive Vancouver region growth, qualify leads, and close partners across medical, dental, cosmetic, and wellness sectors. You will source contacts, present solutions, manage a regional travel schedule, and nurture long-term B2B relationships in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 3+ years in business development or sales, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to operate across Canada with a nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and close B2B opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to various stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and MS Office.
• Fintech or consumer finance experience is a strong asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new merchant partners via cold outreach, visits, trade shows, and referrals.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos with clinic owners and staff.
• Manage a regional territory and travel regularly to meet clients.
• Maintain detailed records and pipeline updates in our CRM.
• Develop tailored onboarding plans and sales presentations for new partners.
• Represent iFinance at industry events to expand brand awareness.
