Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Breslau, ON is seeking a Regional Class AZ Tanker Driver to join their safety-conscious team on routes that cross into the USA and Canada. The role involves hauling re-refined and used motor oil using a tractor-trailer tanker and requires DOT/TDG compliance.

You will travel 2–3 days per week, work in a union environment, and earn $35.26 per hour with benefits after probation. No relocation, strong safety focus, and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months Class AZ experience
• Minimum 3 months Tanker experience
• TDG and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to climb and work from heights
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Must have valid Canadian Passport
• Willingness to perform cross-border trips to the US

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the priority and follows safe work practices
• Transports re-refined and used motor oil to customers and Safety-Kleen locations
• Collects fuel loads and water materials and transports to recycle center
• Adheres to weight limits and proper utilization of units
• Plates vehicle per DOT requirements
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, and inspection reports

Safety-Kleen is looking for a Regional Class AZ Tanker Driver to join their safety conscious team in Breslau, ON This route runs from Breslau, ON to various site-disposal locations including cross border into USA (PA, OH, NY, NH, RI, IL, IN, MI,) QC. M-F Approx. 55-60 hours a week wage $35.26. MUST HAVE PASSPORT/ FAST CARD

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Transports re-refined and used motor oil to customer and Safety-Kleen locations, utilizing a tractor-trailer tanker unit
• Collects fuel loads and water materials from Clean Harbors/Safety-Kleen branches and transports to our Safety-Kleen recycle center
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Class AZ CDL
• Minimum 12 months Class AZ experience
• Minimum 3 months Tanker experience
• TDG and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to climb and work from heights
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (10, 13, 18 speed)
• Valid Canadian Passport
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
• Must be willing to perform trips cross border to the US
