Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees across locations.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple sites within an assigned region.
• Drive service excellence, operational consistency, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as the primary operational contact.
• Analyze operational reports and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, profitability, invoicing, and account reconciliation activities.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop managers and frontline teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
