Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking an Investigation Coordinator to handle QA processes for ancillary product refund cancellations. You will gather product-level data and input it into multiple systems, while resolving quotes within the Refund Plus workflow.

You will also maintain dealer/provider information and focus on aged or priority loans needing manual intervention to meet SLAs. A collaborative role with internal and client teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with minimal work experience.
• Ability to access external systems for documentation and data entry.
• Experience with program-based documentation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, analysis and maintenance of master contact lists across platforms.
• Investigate flow of funds and contact dealers/providers or client teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state-driven requirements for product cancellations.
• Research and resolve quote statuses to ensure accurate refunds.
• Handle priority loans and aged loans requiring manual intervention.
