Scope of the Position:

The Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in building and developing a qualified pool of candidates, acting as a talent scout by engaging actively in the external labor market and supporting the company's employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume, full lifecycle recruitment and hiring process for various positions, including requisition creation, job posting, ATS management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop recruitment plans addressing current and future staffing needs.
  • Maintain relationships with HR colleagues and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Negotiate job offers and coordinate with hiring managers and HR during the offer process.
  • Establish relationships with external agencies, universities, and professional associations.
  • Contribute to process improvements by analyzing recruitment metrics and market trends, and generating reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, with a focus on understanding business needs and delivering results.
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience interpreting role requirements, conducting hiring discussions, and assessing candidates.
  • Ability to source candidates proactively, utilizing social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, job boards, and other portals.
  • Experience with internet searches, job postings, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
