You will execute full-cycle recruiting for Class 1 Drivers, manage candidate communications, interviews, and onboarding, and maintain accurate data in our ATS. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and professional collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Related University degree or college diploma is an asset.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge & experience with MS Office Suite and Teams. Experience with TMW software is considered an asset.
• Exceptional organizational & problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly adapt and approach complex or sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work efficiently within a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring that participants have a meaningful and engaging first experience.
• Ensure an exceptional recruitment experience is delivered for all candidates.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, screening, and acquiring top talent and providing an exceptional onboarding experience for new staff.
