Job summary

Paladin Canada is seeking a Receptionist & Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our Saskatoon office. You will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming workplace experience.

The role combines front-desk duties with administrative coordination, including onboarding support, meeting logistics, and vendor relations. A courteous, detailed, and collaborative approach is essential in this busy office

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in receptionist/administrative roles are preferred.
  • Experience supporting a professional office environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and shipments.
  • Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and common areas to a professional standard.
  • Monitor and manage general office email inboxes and inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and preparing workstations for new employees.
  • Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and office events.
  • Support travel bookings and other administrative activities as required.
  • Maintain electronic records and contact lists.
  • Manage office supply inventories and place orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support office operations.

Paladin Canada is seeking a Receptionist & Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our Saskatoon office.

As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and business partners, this position plays an important role in creating a professional and welcoming workplace experience. In addition to managing reception activities, the role provides administrative and office coordination support that helps maintain an efficient and well-functioning office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.

  • Coordinate building maintenance requests and facility-related issues.
  • Assist with workstation setup, office moves, and office organization.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office procedures.
  • Assist with administrative projects and workplace initiatives as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education
  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting a professional office environment is considered an asset.
  • Experience coordinating office services, supplies, vendors, or facilities is considered an asset.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive and professional working relationships with employees, visitors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as a member of a collaborative team.
