Job description

West Coast Toyota is looking for a part-time friendly energetic receptionist to greet our customers when they come into the showroom, answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate staff member. The successful candidate will also answer all incoming calls, take messages and transfer callers to the appropriate department.

*Responsibilities include and are not limited to:*

• -Greeting the showroom customers and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member.
• -Operating the telephone switchboard by answering incoming calls, transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages and using the paging system.
• -Performing general administrative duties to maintain the reception area.
