Qualifications

• Reliable commute to Capilano Volkswagen for shift coverages: AM 7:00, PM 7:00, and weekends.
• Excellent phone and inter-personal communication skills.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor as the initial greeting point for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as the first point of contact.
• Answer phones and relay messages to appropriate departments.
• Generate deposit and service invoices at POS terminal.
• Create schedules and log customer details into the CRM.
