Toyota Northwest Edmonton is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the dealership. You will manage a busy multi-line phone system, greet guests, and support sales with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

As Director of first impressions, you will uphold a courteous demeanor, coordinate CRM notes, post payments, and assist with stock-in procedures as needed, working Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles is expected.
