Job summary

Stratford Subaru is seeking a polished, energetic Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of the showroom. You will greet visitors, manage calls, and keep the reception area tidy in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The role is full-time, permanent, with comprehensive benefits and on-site work at STRATFORD SUBARU. Compensation ranges from CAD 17.95 to CAD 19.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of receptionist/ hospitality or similar experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer literacy: MS Office, emails, spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors and direct them to sales or service.
• Answer high-volume calls on a multi-line system with courtesy.
• Keep reception, guest lounge and refreshments clean and stocked.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Duties:

• Warmly greet showroom walk-ins, log customer visits, and direct them to the appropriate sales or service team member
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls on a multi-line phone system, routing inquiries efficiently without losing your friendly demeanor
• Ensure the reception, guest lounge, and refreshment areas remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked
• Sustain a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Additional duties as assigned by management

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, hospitality, retail front desk, or administrative role is strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
