Job summary

Stratford Subaru in Stratford, ON, is seeking a Sales Consultant to connect customers with their perfect vehicle. You will build lasting relationships, collaborate with dealership teams, and deliver top-tier service while promoting our full vehicle lineup.

Greet customers on the lot and online, structure transparent deals with Finance, and forecast sales with the GSM. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities at Stratford Subaru.

Qualifications

• OMVIC certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the lot and online, discover their lifestyle needs, and guide them to the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Work with Finance to structure transparent deals.
• Review traffic and prospect activity daily with the General Sales Manager.
• Responsible for New and Used Vehicle Lot Display.
• Lay out a daily to-do plan for the General Sales Manager.
• Forecast New and Pre-owned Sales with the General Sales Manager.
• Help plan marketing and advertising for New and Used vehicles.
• Check deliveries 2 hours prior to delivery and ensure a memorable customer experience.

STRATFORD SUBARU is looking for a Sales Consultant!

Join our team as a Sales Consultant to connect customers with their perfect vehicle. You will build lasting relationships, collaborate with dealership teams, and deliver top-tier service while promoting our full vehicle lineup.

Job Duties Include:

• Greet customers on the lot and online, discover their lifestyle needs, and guide them to the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle
• Work alongside our Finance team to structure transparent deals
• Review traffic and prospect activity daily with the General Sales Manager
• Responsible for New and Used Vehicle Lot Display
• Responsible for laying out a daily to-do plan, outlining their day for the General Sales Manager
• Forecasts New and Pre-owned Sales annually/monthly with the General Sales Manager
• Helps General Sales Manager Plan all marketing and advertising for both New and Used
• Checks all deliveries for Customers, 2 hours prior to delivery and ensures a memorable customer experience

Successful Candidates Possess:

• ValidOMVICcertification
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude

• Experience with DMS (especially PBS) software is considered an asset

Position Status Disclosure:

The expected compensation range for this role is$65,000 - $100,000 /year(The range may vary based on experience and qualifications)

This compensation encompasses base salary and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
