The 401 Group is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice at the front desk. Located at 376 O'Brien Rd, Renfrew, ON, the role involves handling high-volume calls, cashier duties, greeting visitors, and assisting with licensing paperwork.

This full-time position requires excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills, with a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. On-site parking and employee perks are offered.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location: 376 O'Brien Rd, Renfrew ON (Chrysler)

Wage:$20.00 per hour

Hours: Full-Time – Open availability needed. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to theappropriate department
• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greetcustomers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
• Licensing paperwork
• Additional duties as assigned
• Daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
