Job summary

Miratech seeks a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop core routing engines for intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, and channels in real time.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, distributed architectures, and cloud-native technologies, collaborating with product, architecture, workforce management, telephony, and CX

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with distributed applications.
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot with microservices.
• Routing logic for contact centers or CX platforms.
• Strong API-first design and cloud-native engineering.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines in real time.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, availability, and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance across queues and routing paths.
• Design APIs for routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration.
• Integrate routing services with telephony, CRM, analytics platforms.
• Translate business journeys and operational requirements into solution components and roadmaps.
• Define non-functional requirements for availability, performance, security, observability, and disaster recovery.
• Review designs and code, identify risks, and drive pragmatic decisions balancing quality and cost.
