Miratech in the Toronto area seeks a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop core routing engines in Java with Spring Boot, implementing real-time routing across channels and ensuring high availability and low latency for large customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with architecture ownership for distributed apps.
• Expert Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, persistence, security, testing and performance.
• Routing logic for contact centers or CX platforms; API-first design.
• Experience with relational databases and cloud-native engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution.
• Implement routing algorithms using skills, priorities, capacity, and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Design APIs for routing configuration, monitoring, and integration needs.
• Collaborate with CX teams to translate requirements into routing capabilities.
