Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, real estate, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or real estate accounting experience required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with lease accounting and lease management practices.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease accounting and ASC 842 compliance across portfolio.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Track capital expenditures and CIP projects for properties.
• Support tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide insights on occupancy costs, rent trends, and operating expenses.
