QuadReal Property Group in Vancouver, BC, seeks an Analyst, Investment Management & Leasing to support the BC portfolio of AAA/A office and industrial assets. You will analyze asset performance, help leasing and capital decisions, and prepare reporting materials for senior leadership.

Collaborate with Valuations, Investments and Portfolio Management teams; maintain valuation models, gather market data, and assist in deal memos and market briefs to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate university degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Contribute to annual leasing, operating and capital budgets and business plans.
