Element Fleet Management Corp. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the North American operational lease accounting team. You will oversee financial close, reporting, and SOX controls while partnering with Finance and business units.

The role combines hands-on accounting and people leadership to drive improvements. The ideal candidate has a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and extensive experience in financial reporting, with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and analytics tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA designation.
• Progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting principles.
• Experience managing month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel, strong analytical judgement, and cross-team communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly financial close, journal entries, and timely reporting.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and maintain SOX compliance.
• Analyze results and provide meaningful financial insights to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new products and initiatives for proper accounting treatment.
• Drive process improvements through automation and standardized practices.
