Job summary

Cadillac Fairview is seeking a Director of Lease Administration & Revenue Services to lead the lease data integrity, automate lease-to-cash processes, and manage end-to-end recovery reconciliations. The role partners with Legal, Leasing and Property Operations to ensure compliant, timely rent collection and strong financial controls.

The position oversees Yardi/Voyager systems, develops SOPs and training, and delivers executive dashboards for portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, commerce or law required.
• CPA/RPM/CPM certifications preferred for senior leadership.
• Minimum 10 years in Property Management and Lease Administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor managers and analysts; set KPIs and standards.
• Adopt new technologies; automate lease review and reporting.
• Identify Lease-to-Cash automation to reduce errors.
• Collaborate with Legal, Leasing and Operations on lease language.
• Develop executive dashboards and monitor AR and recovery.
