Job summary

Vision Transportation in Mississauga is seeking a Rates Coordinator to support billing and rate administration at our head office. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, focusing on ensuring customer charges align with rate agreements.

You will review orders, determine tariff application, verify weights and accessorial charges, and coordinate with Dispatch to resolve discrepancies, while updating the global Rates Sheet and communicating via email and TM W/TMW platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an office environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Mathematically adept.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and verify billing matches rate agreements.
• Review orders and determine auto or manual rating.
• Check weight/cube/footage and additional charges.
• Update rates sheet and monitor group emails and platforms.
• Ensure records are accurate and communicate with Dispatch.
