Job summary

Vision Transportation in Mississauga is seeking a Rates Coordinator to support the rates team by verifying customer charges against established rate agreements. This is a full-time, onsite role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

You will process invoices, decide auto-rate vs manual-rating, verify weight/cube/footage, and check for extra charges. You’ll also keep the Rates Sheet current and liaise with Dispatch to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years in an office environment.
• Extremely detail orientated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mathematically adept

Responsibilities

• Process invoices following company standard procedures. Review orders to ensure billed amount matches quoted tariff.
• Determine if order should auto-rate or require manual rating.
• Verify weight/cube/footage and applicable accessorial charges.
• Set order status to CREATE after billing is verified and resolve discrepancies with Dispatch.
