SYSTRA Canada, part of the SYSTRA group, is seeking a Project Technical Coordinator in Toronto to support multi-site technical production for rail and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate activities across engineering centres, manage technical deliverables, and ensure alignment with schedule and costs.

The role requires 5 to 10 years in technical project coordination, an engineering degree, and strong knowledge of distributed systems, SCADA/BMS, IP networks, and documentation practices.

Formación

• Degree in computer, electrical, systems engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years in a similar role in technical project coordination. Experience in rail, tramway, metro, or infrastructure projects is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate related activities with stakeholders (SYSTRA internal teams, subcontractors).
• Ensure compliance with and control of commitments (scope, schedule, costs).
• Develop, update, and distribute procedures and production templates related to activities.
• Ensure effective communication of information to production teams.
• Monitor the production of technical deliverables and support coordination of teams in addressing client comments.
• Ensure technical deliverables comply with contractual requirements and applicable standards.
• Monitor interfaces and overall coherence of the production.
• Organize and lead technical production progress meetings.
• Participate in follow‑up and coordination meetings with the Manager and produce minutes.
• Provide regular progress reporting on the production of technical deliverables.
