Job summary

SYSTRA Canada, part of the global SYSTRA group, is an engineering and consulting firm specializing in transport infrastructure. The Project Manager will lead Rail System projects, coordinating design activities, managing risks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across corridors.

Hybrid workplace with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Requirements include an engineering degree and 8–10 years of capital project management experience, familiarity with rail signalling

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years (8–10) of capital project management experience.
• Experience with large, multi-year transit projects and signalling/train control systems is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage Rail System projects across corridor(s) from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate design activities with Lead Engineers and team members.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Represent the client and interface with contractors and delivery partners.
