Job summary

Copeland Canada Inc. is hiring a Materials Analyst for Brantford, Ontario. You will own the flow of finished goods from multiple vendors, analyze data, and collaborate across departments to maintain on-time delivery and high quality.

About the Materials Specialist (Internal Title: Materials Analyst) Role — Brantford, ON

Copeland is hiring a Materials Analyst for our Brantford team. You'll own the flow of finished goods from multiple vendors and product lines: working directly with multiple departments to keep customers satisfied and orders on time. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by transforming data and observations into actionable improvements that drive quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Monitor stock levels and approve/release Purchase Orders
• Track finished goods and expedite as needed to protect on‑time delivery
• Verify incoming shipments against Purchase Orders
• Support Item Creation Process to add new product
• Build and analyze inventory reports to spot trends and get ahead of issues
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Partner with Production, Customer Service, Sales, Suppliers, and Procurement

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Comfortable analyzing data, spotting trends, and troubleshooting on your own
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Authorization to work in Canada - sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Preferred Requirements

• 3+ years in Materials Management
• Bilingual — English/French
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle and JDE; BI tools (Sigma experience a plus)

Pay Transparency: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD Annually #LI-Hybrid #LI-KC2
