Job summary

Copeland in Brantford, ON seeks an Application Support & Training Specialist to support OEMs, wholesalers, and end users with HVAC/R product applications and training. The role combines technical support, training program delivery, and customer engagement to advance Copeland products in the market.

The position requires travel (approximately 30%) across Canada and the U.S., and a strong background in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R technical knowledge required.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
• Excellent communication in diverse settings (one-on-one, group, technical).
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and solve problems.
• Strong networking within internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class application support to OEMs, wholesalers, contractors, and end users.
• Provide detailed technical solutions for product application, performance and troubleshooting.
• Investigate product issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Perform compressor inspections, controls, and equipment selections using Copeland tools.
• Deliver annual training calendar aligned with sales, marketing, and technical services objectives.
• Travel to customer sites across Canada and the U.S. to deliver training sessions.
