The RCMP & Enforcement Services Customer Service Representative is the first response to client inquiries. In this fast-paced role, you will assess inquiries and complaints, determine the urgency of each situation, and provide professional, compassionate support while helping connect individuals to the services and resources they need.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 3 years of related work experience in policing or enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Receive, generate and process front counter inquiries for investigative and information files, provide clients with advice and direction to resources.
- Perform data entry into RCMP record management systems and complete criminal record checks and process civil fingerprints.
- Accept payments, process deposits and issue receipts for warrant fines, services and permits.
- Identify and document all visitors/contractors and provide security escorts within the building.
