Job summary

Compugen is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant for a 6-month onsite contract in Winnipeg, MB. The role focuses on organizational change across technology, culture, and business processes to maximize employee engagement during projects and initiatives.

You will apply Prosci/ADKAR methodologies, partner with program and operation leaders, and conduct readiness assessments and change impact analyses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives.
• Prosci Practitioner certification with ADKAR experience.
• Experience with project teams and project methodologies.
• Experience developing change plans, impacts, and communications.
• Coaching and consulting leaders in organizations.

Responsibilities

• Apply change management discipline using Prosci methodologies.
• Partner with leaders to integrate change activities and ensure alignment.
• Conduct change impact assessments and mitigation recommendations.
• Provide guidance on new processes, readiness activities, and interventions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to prepare groups for transition.
• Develop and coordinate change communications aligned with timelines.
• Support people readiness and post-implementation reviews.
