Job summary

FinneyTaylor Consulting Group Ltd. is seeking an Organizational Change Manager in Regina to lead OCM across enterprise-scale initiatives.

You will work with project managers and business leads to assess magnitude and impact of change, and to develop strategies and plans aligned with Prosci/ADKAR. The role requires hands-on experience delivering change management plans, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments, with strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have Prosci/ADKAR certification and demonstrated experience delivering Organizational Change Management initiatives.
• Experience delivering OCM for enterprise-wide or large-scale initiatives.
• Proven change management leadership on IT, technology, or business transformation projects.
• Hands-on in developing and delivering strategies, plans, and reports.
• Strong understanding of Prosci/ADKAR methodology and translating changes to impacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and workshop delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies and plans aligned with Prosci/ADKAR.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change-impact and readiness assessments.
• Identify affected groups, resistance, risks, and change impacts.
• Develop actionable OCM activities and integrate into project plans and timelines.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Prosci/ADKAR certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated professional experience delivering Organizational Change Management initiatives.
• Experience delivering OCM for enterprise-wide or large-scale organizational initiatives.
• Proven experience leading change management activities on IT, technology, digital transformation, or business transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience developing and delivering:

  • Sponsor Engagement Plans/ReportsTrainingPlans

• Experience in the natural gas, energy, utilities, or broader regulated infrastructure sector.

Proven Experience In :

• Work with Project Managers, Business Leads, and project teams to understand initiatives and assess the magnitude and impact of organizational change.
• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies and plans aligned with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Identify affected stakeholder groups, anticipated resistance, risks, issues, and change impacts.
• Develop actionable OCM activities and integrate them into overall project plans and timelines.
