Job summary

ThirdEye CyberSecurity is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to support OCM efforts on an enterprise-scale IT project, based on-site in Regina, SK. The role focuses on creating and delivering change management deliverables aligned with Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.

The ideal candidate holds Prosci/ADKAR certification and has experience delivering change management content, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments within North American contexts.

Qualifications

• Formal training in Change Management with Prosci/ADKAR Certification is required.
• Experience delivering organizational change management content on enterprise-scale projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for change by understanding the project and magnitude of change.
• Maintain project documentation for change management activities.
• Deliver OCM work products following Prosci/ADKAR methodology.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand impacts of the change.
• Identify actionable OCM activities for the overall project plan.
• Develop Change Management strategy, plans, communications, sponsor engagement, training, and resistance plans.
• Conduct readiness assessments and identify risks and mitigation approaches.
• Work independently and with the project team as required.
