BPA is an engineering firm with offices across Canada, seeking a proposals coordinator to support RFP responses and proposal development. You will organize kickoff meetings, draft sections, and ensure timely submissions while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • College or university degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a similar role (consulting engineering, architecture, or construction) is an asset.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong aptitude for writing and editing technical documents.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word; knowledge of Excel and Adobe InDesign.
  • Demonstrates thoroughness, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Excellent priority management, fast execution, and strong organizational skills.
  • Autonomous with a strong sense of initiative; team spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Researching, writing, and revising project sheets, résumés, project approach sections, firm profiles, etc.

  • Performing layout and final assembly, while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Coordinating the delivery and submission of the proposal document.
  • Keeping the proposal database up to date at all times.

Your Responsibilities
  • Reading and understanding RFP (Request for Proposal) documents

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role and geographic location.
