Job summary

Bouthillette Parizeau inc. is seeking a Talent Advisor to partner with a Talent Business Partner and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business lines. You will also contribute to HR operations, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Talent function.

This role is ideal for someone aiming to build a career in talent acquisition while gaining exposure to broader HR operations and systems, with a flexible hybrid work environment across Canada.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Experience recruiting professional or technical talent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach.
  • A genuine interest in HR technology, systems, and process improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with a Talent Business Partner to support multiple recruitment mandates across the organization.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through hiring, based on business needs.
  • Source and proactively identify top talent using various recruitment platforms and headhunting techniques.
  • Conduct phone screens and participate in interviews with hiring managers when required.
  • Create and optimize job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support campus recruitment initiatives, internship programs, and employer branding activities.
  • Contribute to achieving hiring objectives across multiple engineering and corporate disciplines.
  • Support the Talent Business Analyst with HR systems and operational initiatives.
  • Assist in documenting, maintaining, and improving recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Participate in process mapping and standardization projects across the Talent team.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, templates, guides, and operational tools.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Dayforce and other HR systems to provide operational support when needed.
  • Contribute to projects focused on improving the candidate experience, Talent operations, and team efficiency.

As a Talent Advisor, you will work closely with a Talent Business Partner to support the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business lines. In addition to recruitment, you will contribute to HR operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives that help enhance the overall Talent function.

What you'll do
Talent Acquisition (Approximately 80%)
  • Partner closely with a Talent Business Partner to support multiple recruitment mandates across the organization.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through hiring, based on business needs.

Salary range: $70000 – $85000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role and geographic location.
