Job summary

Noel Jones Real Estate in Canada’s Yukon region is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a busy team. You will manage all aspects of tenancy from intake to expiry, maximise income through maintenance plans, renewals and rent reviews, and provide proactive advice to owners and tenants.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of end-to-end Property Management experience, strong communication, and a valid Agents Representative Certificate with a clean police check.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Property Manager from end to end.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Current driver’s license and a reliable car.
• Agents Representative Certificate and a clear police check.
• Knowledge of leading PM software including PropertyMe, RP Data, Inspection Express.

Responsibilities

• Maximising owners’ income through maintenance plans, lease renewal, and rent increase process.
• Complete and submit rental bond documents
• Organise property repairs and maintenance
• Provide advice to property owners and tenants on preventative and planned maintenance
• Control tenancies.
• Organise compliance requirements for properties;
• Account for rents and expenses to property owners;
• Appear before, and provide advice to property owners on, Residential Tenancy Tribunal matters (including termination of tenancies);
• Manage rental arrears
