Rohit Group is seeking a Property Manager to oversee site-level performance across Edmonton-area properties. You will drive occupancy targets, coordinate leasing, tenant screenings, move-ins, and renewal activity while maintaining curb appeal and financial accuracy in Yardi.

The role includes pricing strategy, vendor coordination, inspections, and ensuring a positive tenant experience through strong communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing income-producing properties across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of building systems, preventive maintenance and vendor oversight.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, variances and forecasting for several sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, tenant screenings, and move-ins to achieve occupancy targets.
• Coordinate vendor services, invoices, and contract compliance.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure curb appeal and maintenance standards.
• Review monthly financial statements and communicate variances.
• Lead tours, process applications, renewals, and rent adjustments in Yardi.
