Job summary

BGO is seeking an on-site Property Manager in Edmonton, AB to lead operations for a multi-site portfolio. You will oversee daily property management, supervise capital projects, and coordinate leasing alongside the Leasing team to meet occupancy targets.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in property management, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of Yardi and MS Office. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required. BGO offers a competitive package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related property management experience.
• University degree in property management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures and emergency plans.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Manage capital projects, tenders, and contractor oversight.
• Administer leases to support occupancy targets.
• Monitor market conditions and community initiatives.
• Lead tenant satisfaction surveys and follow-up actions.
• Prepare monthly management and client reports.
