Avenue Living Residential is seeking a Property Manager to support leasing, renewals, and budgeted operations across our Alberta-facing portfolio. You will coordinate with maintenance teams, track turn times, and ensure timely documentation in Yardi.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management preferred.
• Financial acumen with budget management.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Participate in leasing processes, renewals, and lead follow-ups.
• Support portfolio manager with inventory, vendor work orders, and turns.
• Schedule repairs, issue purchase orders, and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain properties, inspect units, and address resident inquiries.
• Assist with operating budgets and cost-efficient maintenance practices.
