Job summary

ClaimsPro is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to join our team in Alberta. This role focuses on investigating and adjusting property claims, negotiating settlements, and delivering prompt, fair service to clients and insured.

You will manage field investigations, identify liability exposure, prepare action plans, and communicate findings clearly. A minimum of two years in property claims and the ability to obtain a level 1 Adjuster's license in AB are required, with ongoing

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' relevant experience in property claims adjusting.
• Must be able to obtain at least a level 1 Adjuster's license in AB.
• Ongoing commitment to education and learning.
• Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics.
• Good investigative manner.
• Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them.
• Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature, perform and understand advanced numerical calculations including analysis of comparative information.

Responsibilities

We have an existing opportunity to add an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to our team! This position will be located out of Edmonton, Alberta.

Responsible for the investigation and adjusting of property claims, the successful candidate provides ClaimsPro and Client standard quality service and facilitates prompt and equitable settlement of claims within the parameters of corporate policies and standards as well as initiates and follows-up on business development opportunities. Specifically, this requires the adjuster to:

• Investigate, negotiate and settle claims
