  • Comfortable taking direction, adapting to expectations, and following established processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management systems.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and day-to-day communication.
  • You’ll coordinate maintenance and repair requests, following up to ensure timely completion.
  • You’ll support move-ins, move-outs, inspections, key management, and welcome packages.
  • You’ll maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, correspondence, and service logs.
  • You’ll prepare tenant notices, newsletters, and general communications while assisting with lease administration.
  • You’ll monitor amenity bookings, manage tenant concerns, and elevate issues when appropriate.
  • You’ll support reporting, filing, data entry, and ensure compliance with company policies and tenancy legislation.
