Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project management in enterprise transformation.
• Experience with HCM modernization and cloud-based SaaS e.g., Dayforce/Workday.
• Healthcare or not-for-profit sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise HCM modernization projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and risks.
• Manage governance, provide status updates to executives and steering committees.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet timelines and quality.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management.
